If you are someone who is overweight, you may want to consider an action plan to really lose weight and reduce body fat. Apart from looking big, being fat and overweight is not fun – you have ogling eyes observing you very often, if your size is larger than normal, and that ogling is not one of the delight, but often curiosity and scoffing. After all, you do not want to lose too much weight at too fast a rate, as it affects your body and adversely affects your health.
